EB1: Do I need a sponsor?

The EB1 E11 Extraordinary Green Card is self sponsored. You may apply by yourself by filing a Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker. This green card gives you more freedom than any other visa. It’s a First Category Green Card for Priority Workers. The EB1 does not need an employer. You do not need a Labor Certification either. You don’t require a job offer or contract and you as a lawful permanent resident (LPR) can live and work anywhere in the United States and apply for [U.S. citizenship. Read more here.]
